ABOUT THE PROJECT

Why did I join the Voice of Customer (VoC) team?

I joined the VoC team as a UX researcher to collect real-time user insights through targeted surveys and user testing. By combining intercept surveys with usability sessions, I was able to capture immediate user sentiment and observe interaction patterns, helping to identify usability issues and optimize experiences across key touchpoints.

What is the app about?

RESEARCH OBJECTIVES

  1. Gauge user satisfaction and likelihood to recommend the app to others (teachers to colleagues, parents to other families).

  2. Measure usability using a standardized tool (SUS) to benchmark improvements over time.

What was the research plan?
